Videocon D2H

Many channels are blank since last one and a half hour, can anyone check if they r shuffling channels from one transponder to another or creating space for new channels

My validity is reduced to 14th July 2015 from 31st July 2015, without me subscribing anything extra. :mad:

I called CC, but those dumbs can't hear me.
I'm trying to send emails but their mailbox is full. :mad:

The box restarts automatically each time I turn it on after 1.5 days of software update. The box didn't had any problem in last 3 years but now this major issue. Is it a cheap tactic of Videocon d2h to earn extra money ?
